I want to try making my own Kimchi soon so I'll have to check my local markets for some nice Nappa Cabbage. 💚

Until then I have some Wildbrine Kimchi in the fridge and would adore suggestions on how to eat it (I mean aside from with a fork straight from the jar because YUM).
