Hortopita--good to know! I had no idea there was a specific word for it (although I guess spinach pie without spinach is technically something else).
I love purslane--and we have plenty (whether we want it or not). We have a fair amount of lamb's quarters, too, though I never knew what they were called or that we could eat them. (I'm not much of a forager.)
